Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your wrist at the bony part (the widest point). Keep it snug. No tape? Use a string, mark where it meets, and measure in
centimetres with a ruler.
Add 1–1.5 cm to your wrist size for a comfy fit. For a looser fit, add 2 cm.
Pick the closest Bijou Betty size. If between sizes, go up for easy wear.
